Information for Professional Fund-Raisers | The Office of Attorney General Keith Ellison
So it looks like I need to register with the Attorney General and have a contract with each charity I raise money for?? Looking into legal advice this week I guess.

Because I'm a brain genius I asked reddit for some legal advice. Maybe I'll try to find a local attorney on Friday

Spoke with the Attorney General's office this morning, they said I *may* need to file an Exempt from Registration form with the Attorney General's office. (Looks like that's free at least?) So I'll be doing that.
They said I should contact the Secretary of State office as well to see about whether I technically have to register as a business, professional fundraiser, or charity.
So. That'll be fun.
